How long does shipping take?
Australian orders: Standard 2–6 business days, Express 1–3 business days. International orders: 7–14 business days. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders over $120 AUD. Orders under $120 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via Australia Post or the relevant international carrier.

What materials is the NOCTE Card Holder made from?
The NOCTE Card Holder is made from full-grain black calfskin leather. Hardware is solid brass with a ruthenium finish. Every piece is stitched and finished by hand.
How many cards does it hold?
The card holder has 5 card slots: 2 front, 2 back, and 1 centre. It comfortably holds 4–8 cards depending on card thickness.
Is it waterproof?
The calfskin leather is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture. The hardware is corrosion-resistant.
How do I care for the leather?
Wipe clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents. Condition the leather periodically with a quality leather conditioner to maintain its finish. The leather will develop a natural patina over time.
Will the leather break in?
Yes. Full-grain calfskin is a dense, structured leather. It will loosen slightly with regular use and develop a unique patina that improves with age — this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@nocteau.com with your order number.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every NOCTE product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Contact us at info@nocteau.com to make a warranty claim.
